The name "Zhiva" comes from my ancestral exploration into my Eastern European roots, particularly the healing traditions of the Bohemian lands my mother-line ancestors once called home.
In Slavic tradition, Zhiva is the sacred universal life force—the essence of being alive, vital, and animately existent. She is also the pre-Christian goddess of life, water, and fertility, connected deeply to the living waters of primordial Earth.
Through this honoring of my roots and a decade of work at the female root and the lifeforce energy within, combined with my own lifelong spiritual practic, Zhiva Energy was born. It offers a simple, earth-connected approach to healing, balance, and harmony for those ready to reclaim their power.
